I Just Placed An Order; When Will It Ship?

Please allow 3 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent.  Grandma's Hands Hair Care is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address, lost or stolen after delivery.

All domestic orders are shipped weekly via USPS or UPS

Orders take 3-5 business days to process.

US Shipping:  All orders in the US take 5 to 7 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive.  If you still have not receive your purchase after the 2 week period please notify us at info@grandmashandshaircare.com

We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.

Return Packages:

Returned packages will be refunded excluding shipping fees. If you want the package reshipped, it’s a $5 reship fee.
