DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Our products are handcrafted and most are made to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if your order HAS NOT SHIPPED and you wish to cancel then please do so WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.
However if the contents in your package has leaked etc., please contact us via email at info@grandmashandshaircare.com.
Please contact customer services within 24hrs of delivery if products are damaged. Please be sure you are confident in your selection of products. If you receive the incorrect product please contact customer services within 48hrs.
